The Lloydminster OTS Heavy Oil Show is held every two years.
The Lloydminster OTS Heavy Oil Show is independently produced by the Lloydminster Oilfield Technical Society. This is the only tradeshow that we produce.
Our show is open to all visitors. We recommend pre-registering for your attendee badge to save time at the show. There is NO CHARGE for an attendee badge.
Previous exhibitors from the 2024 show will have their same booths held for the upcoming show until January 16, 2026. A completed Display Agreement and full payment is required to secure a booth.
Current cost schedule for the upcoming show will be available in the shop tab in 2026. Please note that we will be offering discounts on multiple 10’x10′ Indoor Booths purchased.

Size(s): 30′ x 30′ (900 Sq Ft Per Booth), 30′ x 60′ (1800 Sq Ft Per Booth)
Includes: 24 Hour Security, Unlimited Exhibitor Badges; No show services included.
The show will begin allocating booth space to new exhibitors on January 26, 2026. Exhibitor Application for booth(s) and location will be subject to approval by the LHOS organizing committee. The LHOS organizing committee reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all applicants.

Monday, September 14, 2026 is the first day that direct to show site shipments will be received. Please have shipments clearly marked with your LHOS booth number. Shipping address is Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Grounds, 5521 49 Ave, Lloydminster, SK S9V 0Y7.
The Lloydminster Exhibition Association does have complimentary Wi-Fi access through a partnership with Sasktel, however we do not guarantee the strength or reliability during the show. If you require Internet for your display, we recommend contacting your telephone provider to arrange a hardwired connection. If your provider does not work in this area, we recommend contacting SaskTel.
Exhibitors wishing to provide any food or beverages from their booth must obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the Prairie North Region and submit a completed Exhibitor Food Service application to the Lloydminster Exhibition Association.
A list of recognized Saskatchewan field evaluation labels is available for reference. If you have further questions, please refer to SaskPower or contact the local SaskPower Electrical Inspector.
Packages are available for pick up at the registration area. The package will include any pre-registered exhibitor badges and any tickets that were ordered with the booth.
Yes, there will be an ATM on site provided by the Lloydminster Exhibition Association, for exhibitor and attendee convenience.
