Exhibitor applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and are at the discretion of the Lloydminster Heavy Oil Show executive for acceptance.
If your company was in our 2018 show, you are pre-approved and need to fill in the display agreement prior to purchasing a booth. The committee will begin reviewing new applications for the 2020 show in the fall of 2019. Only companies directly involved with the oil and gas industry will be considered. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
